Resolution

This application has not accessed this QuickBooks company data file before. Only the QuickBooks administrator can grant an application permission to access a QuickBooks company data file for the first time.

Log back into QuickBooks as administratior and then select Yes Always when the screen from/in QuickBooks pops up. You may have to restart your computer.

The QuickBooks company data file is currently open in a mode other than the one your company specified.

QuickBooks is open in Single mode. Go to File >Switch to Multi-User Mode in QuickBooks.

This application requires Single User file access mode and there is already another application sharing data with this QuickBooks company file data file.

There is another application file already accessing QuickBooks. Fastest resolution is to restart your computer. If you wish to have multiple computer accessing QB database the go to QuickBooks and select File > Switch to Multi-User Mode...

This application does not have permission to access this QuickBooks company data file. The administrator can grant access permission through the Integrated Application preferences.

In QuickBooks go to Edit Preferences... > Integrated Applications and allow permissions.

You receive a message 'The given object ID '' in the field 'list.id' is invalid'.

There is some element in QB or QX that must be given before the exchange of information can be performed between the two programs. Examples could be No AR in QuickBooks, no Thank Message on Invoices in QXpress or QB, etc. Make sure all information is complete before posting information to QB.
