DEP Settings

Changing your DEP settings will often resolve issues related to QXpress not opening. To Adjust these:

1. Go to Windows task bar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel

2. Double click on the System folder

3. Select Advanced Tab

4. In the Performance section click Settings

5. Select Data Execution Prevention tab

6. Click Turn On DEP For All Programs And Services Except For Those I Select

7. Click Add

8. Find QXpress.exe file in the installation directory and open it

9. Qxpress should now have its checkbox checked

10. Click Apply > OK

11. Restart the computer for changes to apply
