Performing A Full Sync With QuickBooks

You will want to do a Full Sync with Quickbooks to get all of your customer, and charge description data into Qxpress.

*Note -   If you are a company with multiple users for QXpress and QuickBooks, ensure all users other than yourself are logged out of both QXpress and QuickBooks.

1. First, in QuickBooks, log in as the QuickBooks Administrator, and verify that you are in Single User Mode. To see if you are in Single User Mode, Go to file and Switch To Single User Mode if you are not already in it.




2. In QXpress, click the QB/QX Sync icon at the top of the screen.



3. On the Get New QB Data screen, select your version of QuickBooks using the dropdown box. Note: If you do not see your year of QuickBooks listed, select the most recent year of the same version.



4. Select Full Sync, and click Get new QB data
