Viewing Active Zone - Based Jobs

To view all zone based jobs that are Active you will go to the Route Applications - Pick Zone Based services from List. Perform the following steps. 

1.    Open QXpress. 
2.    Go to My Calendar (main default screen). 
3.    Go to Scheduled > Fetch Zone Based services..... 
4.    For number 2, “Which service do you wish to add?”, select any job that is listed. 
5.    For number 5, “How do you want to add these services?”, select INDIVIDUALLY - Pick From List. 
6.    Click Go.... 
7.    The Route Applications - Pick Zone Based Services From List screen will appear for all customer who have the selected zone-based service. 
8.    Check the checkbox Show all zone based services. 

All zone based jobs that are Active (not fetched yet) will be listed. You may sort by different column heading by selecting the appropriate drop-down selection on the form.
