1. To import QuickBooks Estimates into QXpress begin by openning Qxpress
2. Click Schedule on the bottom left of the calendar, then New
3. Select the Charge Description you created the estimate for in Quickbooks, then select the customer from the drop down.
4. Next, in the Job Items tab, select Activities.
5. Select Import QuickBooks Estimate
6. Next, an Import Estimate box will appear with the date it was created, estimate number and amount. Highlight that and click Import Estimate.
7. The information will then auto fill in the Job Items tab.
8. Once complete, click OK.
